RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, offering a refund of the full amount.
- Free Return within 14 Days: We offer free return labels for items returned within 14 days. Simply click 'Start Return' or 'Free Return' on the website below to begin the return process.
- Return Shipping Costs after 14 Days: If the return request is initiated after the 14-day period, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
You have the option to exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at admin@acropass.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
