If you're applying skincare before using the patch, it's a good idea to gently wipe the area where the patch will be applied.

Orders & Returns
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
To return an item, simply follow the steps provided on our Free Return page. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
